Suitable for all ages and abilities:
Climbing is one of the world’s most natural activities. After running we were all born to climb, most of us have just forgotten how to do it well. Kids on the other hand are unbelievable, and monkeys they certainly still are! As competition route setters we make challenging climbs of varying grades to test everyone’s abilities from beginners to seasoned athletes. Our level of experience as instructors and coaches is unsurpassed and our knowledge of the sport from the safety aspects to performance training is assured as we have a superb full-size indoor climbing wall in Aviemore www.extreme-dream.com where we run indoor and outdoor sessions for Adults, Kids School and Youth Groups. Corporate Events:
If you want to add an amazing central feature to any event that is sure to provide an excellent experience then our mobile wall is superb. It can easily be used for team challenges and we have special activities that can take place on the wall to challenge any team. Please contact us for further details. Our Special Corporate Team Climbing Challenges are excellent. We can mix unique outdoor activities with exciting and innovative indoor climbing challenges, balcony jumps, bridge swings and our high ropes course above the river.
Fundraising:
Our wall is very popular for fundraising events and we can provide some exciting opportunities and possibilities on request.
Qualified and Experienced:
We are a highly professional company with unbeatable experience of our sport. Our staff comprise of holders of the MIC Mountaineering Instructors Certificate (Highest UK Award) with National Centre work experience which ensures our sessions are first class. All of our staff are qualified and disclosure checked to ensure customer safety and have up to date First Aid Certificates. We are fully ensured with 5 Million Employers and 10 Million Public Liability Insurance available on request. Our brightly coloured 8m high feature wall comes with automatic belay’s that ensure safety at all times and maximum activity and enjoyment.
We are leading the development of our sport, and some of our Youth Team are National Champions. Scott Muir, is a professional athlete himself www.scottmuir.com and is also Scottish Junior Team Coach. At Extreme Dream we initiated the first ever Scottish Youth Climbing Championships, giving kids a National Ranking for the first time ever, set to continue in 2008. We also install School Traverse Climbing Walls www.schooltraverseclimbingwalls.co.uk and we custom build full-size climbing walls for schools, youth groups, leisure Centres and private clients www.schoolclimbingwalls.co.uk. Below is an example of a bouldering wall, we recently completed for west coast mountain guide Alan Kimber.
